How to play

Audio and haptics settings

Settings may include:

If music or sound is not playing:

Offline behavior

BurstLume’s core gameplay works fully offline.

Starting a run, playing, pausing, and returning to the Main Menu never require an internet connection.

Some optional features may require an internet connection, including:

Ad troubleshooting

BurstLume may show one interstitial advertisement after a completed run, at the moment you tap Play Again or Home, and only when an advertisement is ready. It may also offer one optional rewarded Continue per run.

An advertisement may be unavailable because of:

We cannot guarantee that an advertisement will always be available. Play Again and Home remain available even when no advertisement can be shown.

Report an inappropriate ad

If you see an advertisement in BurstLume that you believe is inappropriate, offensive, or misleading, contact support@aerologx.net.

When reporting an advertisement, include where possible:

We forward relevant reports to our advertising provider, Google, where appropriate. We cannot guarantee the removal of any specific advertisement, as advertisement selection is controlled by Google’s systems.

Privacy choices

Depending on your region, BurstLume may show a Google User Messaging Platform consent message when the App opens.

When Google indicates that the option is required, a Privacy Choices entry is available from the Main Menu or Settings so you can review your consent choices.

Declining personalized advertising does not disable the core offline game.

See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Reset Game Data

Reset Game Data, available in Settings, removes supported local gameplay information stored by BurstLume.

This may include:

Consent-related state maintained by Google’s consent SDK may remain where the App intentionally preserves Google UMP choices.

Reset Game Data does not delete information already processed by Google’s advertising systems; see the Privacy Choices controls and Google’s own tools for that information.

Local progression

BurstLume does not have:

Gameplay progress is stored locally on the device.

Reinstalling the App, clearing application data, using Reset Game Data, resetting the device, or losing the device may remove local progress.

Support cannot restore deleted local progress from a BurstLume server.
