1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how the publisher of LineGrow Arena handles information when you use the LineGrow Arena mobile game.

In this Privacy Policy, “LineGrow Arena”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the publisher and operator responsible for LineGrow Arena.

LineGrow Arena is a separate product from other products and services that may be published on this domain. This Privacy Policy applies only to LineGrow Arena.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to LineGrow Arena version 1.0.0 for iOS and iPadOS, together with related test builds that use the same data and advertising practices.

It explains:

• information stored locally by the game;
• information that may be processed by advertising and consent providers;
• support communications related to LineGrow Arena; and
• limited technical processing that may occur when you visit the LineGrow Arena legal and support pages on aerologx.net.

This Privacy Policy applies only to LineGrow Arena. Other products and services published on the same domain may have their own privacy notices.

3. Data stored locally on your device

LineGrow Arena stores gameplay information and preferences locally on your device.

This may include:

Current score and best score

Used to display your current progress and local high score.

Local coin balance

Used to unlock skins, themes, and other in-game rewards.

Unlocked and selected skins and themes

Used to remember your appearance and customization choices.

Local gameplay statistics

Used to show statistics generated from gameplay on your device.

Daily reward status

Used to determine local daily reward eligibility.

Daily mission status and progress

Used to track local mission progress.

Music, sound-effects, and haptic settings

Used to remember your preferences.

Language preference

Used to display the application in English or Turkish.

Local reward or transaction identifiers

Used to help prevent the same local reward from being granted more than once.

Consent-related state

Google User Messaging Platform may store consent-related state where applicable.

App version and local data-schema information

Used for application compatibility, data migration, and local save management.

This information is primarily stored on the device.

It is not connected to a LineGrow Arena account because LineGrow Arena does not create user accounts.

It is not synchronized with a developer-operated cloud gameplay or cloud-save service.

Deleting the App, clearing application data, using Reset Game Data, resetting the device, or an operating-system action may remove some or all locally stored gameplay information.

Consent-related state maintained by Google’s consent SDK may be stored separately where the App intentionally preserves Google UMP choices.

Apple device backups may include application data depending on the user’s device and backup settings. Such backups are controlled through Apple’s platform services.

We cannot restore locally deleted LineGrow Arena progress from a developer-operated server.

4. Information we do not collect directly

LineGrow Arena’s own game logic does not request or directly collect the following categories through game-owned code:

• your name;
• your postal address;
• your telephone number;
• your contact list;
• your Apple ID password;
• other account passwords or credentials;
• your exact GPS location;
• your photographs or photo library;
• camera content;
• microphone recordings;
• health information;
• biometric information;
• payment-card information;
• flight records or aviation data;
• user-generated messages;
• social profile information; or
• a LineGrow Arena account identifier.

LineGrow Arena does not have account registration, login, chat, online multiplayer, contact discovery, or social-network features in version 1.0.

Third-party platform, advertising, consent, website-hosting, or email providers may process limited technical information as described in this Privacy Policy, depending on configuration, user consent, device settings, platform permissions, provider behavior, and applicable law.

5. Google Mobile Ads and rewarded advertising

LineGrow Arena uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded advertising.

In version 1.0:

• an optional rewarded advertisement may be offered for one Continue per game session when an advertisement is available;
• no banner advertisements are used;
• no interstitial advertisements are used;
• no app-open advertisements are used;
• no native advertisements are used;
• no rewarded-interstitial advertisements are used;
• watching an advertisement is not required to start or play the game;
• watching an advertisement is not required to restart a game;
• watching an advertisement is not required to return to the Main Menu;
• Restart and Main Menu remain available without watching an advertisement;
• a Continue reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports that the reward requirement was completed successfully; and
• rewarded-advertisement availability is not guaranteed.

Depending on the user’s region, consent choices, device settings, platform permissions, Google configuration, advertising configuration, and applicable law, Google or its advertising partners may process information such as:

• IP address;
• device and operating-system information;
• application identifier;
• advertising identifier where available, configured, legally permitted, and authorized;
• limited device identifiers;
• approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• advertisement impressions;
• advertisement interactions;
• rewarded-advertisement completion events;
• limited application interaction information related to advertising;
• consent choices;
• diagnostic information;
• performance information;
• fraud-prevention signals; and
• security signals.

We do not claim that Google or its SDKs process no information.

We also do not claim that Google always processes every category listed above. Actual processing may depend on configuration, consent, location, device settings, platform behavior, and applicable law.

6. Consent management — Google UMP

Where applicable, LineGrow Arena uses Google User Messaging Platform for privacy and consent management.

Depending on the user’s region and Google’s configuration:

• consent information may be requested or updated when the App opens;
• a privacy or consent message may be displayed;
• the user may be able to review Privacy Choices from within the App when Google reports that this option is required;
• consent choices may affect advertising personalization and advertising processing;
• declining personalized advertising does not disable the core offline game; and
• the availability of consent messages may depend on Google’s external configuration, the user’s region, and applicable law.

Google UMP availability and message content are controlled in part through Google’s external systems.

If Google UMP or advertising services are unavailable, LineGrow Arena’s core offline gameplay remains available.

7. App Tracking Transparency and tracking

For version 1.0, LineGrow Arena is not intended to request App Tracking Transparency authorization by default.

The publisher does not intentionally use LineGrow Arena to track users across applications and websites owned by other companies.

The publisher does not intentionally access the Apple advertising identifier, IDFA, in the default version 1.0 configuration.

Google advertising behavior may still depend on:

• consent choices;
• device settings;
• platform permissions;
• Google advertising configuration;
• Google services; and
• applicable law.

If LineGrow Arena’s tracking or advertising behavior changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the related App Store disclosures will be reviewed and updated before that version is released.

8. Website and support communications

If you contact support@aerologx.net, we may receive information that you voluntarily include in your support request.

This may include:

• your email address;
• a name included by you;
• message content;
• device model;
• iOS or iPadOS version;
• LineGrow Arena version and build number;
• screenshots voluntarily attached by you;
• steps to reproduce a problem; and
• diagnostic information voluntarily provided by you.

Do not send:

• passwords;
• Apple ID credentials;
• payment-card information;
• full device backups;
• advertising identifiers;
• unnecessary sensitive personal information; or
• private files that are not required to explain the support issue.

Support correspondence may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• respond to and resolve the request;
• maintain security;
• investigate abuse or fraud;
• manage disputes; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Support messages are not used to create a LineGrow Arena advertising profile.

The LineGrow Arena legal and support pages are hosted using infrastructure operated by Vercel.

Website-hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as:

• IP address;
• request date and time;
• browser and user-agent information;
• requested URL;
• response status;
• security logs; and
• diagnostic logs.

This processing may occur as part of delivering, securing, and maintaining the website.

9. Cookies and website measurement

The LineGrow Arena static legal and support pages do not themselves embed:

• Google Analytics;
• Meta Pixel;
• advertising tags;
• session-replay tools;
• marketing cookies; or
• similar third-party marketing trackers.

Other pages on the same domain may use first-party website measurement and hosting-related technologies, including Vercel Analytics where enabled.

Such website measurement is separate from LineGrow Arena gameplay.

It is not used to create a LineGrow Arena player account.

It is not connected to a LineGrow Arena cloud-save profile because LineGrow Arena does not provide an account or cloud-save service.

10. Purposes of processing

Information described in this Privacy Policy may be processed for purposes including:

• operating the offline game;
• saving local preferences and progression;
• displaying local scores and statistics;
• managing local rewards and virtual items;
• helping prevent duplicate reward fulfillment;
• providing optional rewarded advertisements;
• managing legally required consent choices;
• preventing fraud and abuse;
• maintaining security;
• responding to support requests;
• diagnosing technical problems;
• delivering and securing the website; and
• meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

LineGrow Arena support communications are not used to create unrelated marketing lists or advertising profiles.

11. Legal bases and regional privacy rights

Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, processing may be based on:

• consent;
• providing a service requested by the user;
• legitimate interests such as security, support, fraud prevention, and service maintenance; and
• compliance with legal obligations.

Depending on location and applicable law, including where relevant the GDPR, UK GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK, and applicable United States state privacy laws, users may have rights such as:

• access;
• correction;
• deletion;
• restriction;
• objection;
• withdrawal of consent; and
• lodging a complaint with a competent authority.

The availability and scope of these rights depend on applicable law.

Because LineGrow Arena does not create a user account, many gameplay-data controls are handled directly on the device through:

• Reset Game Data;
• clearing application data;
• uninstalling the App; or
• device and operating-system controls.

For information processed by Google, Google’s privacy tools, advertising settings, and consent controls may also apply.

12. Data retention

Local gameplay data

Local gameplay information is generally retained on the device until one of the following occurs:

• Reset Game Data is used;
• application data is cleared;
• the App is uninstalled;
• the operating system removes the data;
• the device is reset; or
• the data is otherwise removed through device or platform controls.

Advertising and consent data

Advertising and consent-related information may be retained according to:

• Google’s policies;
• user consent settings;
• advertising configuration;
• SDK and platform behavior; and
• applicable law.

Support communications

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• resolving support requests;
• security;
• fraud and abuse prevention;
• dispute handling; and
• legal obligations.

We do not state a fixed retention period where no fixed operational period has been established.

13. International data transfers

Third-party service providers such as Google, Vercel, Apple, and the provider used to receive support email may process information in countries outside the user’s country of residence.

Those providers operate under their own privacy policies, terms, legal mechanisms, and safeguards.

The availability and form of international-transfer safeguards may depend on:

• the provider;
• the service;
• the countries involved; and
• applicable law.

14. Data security

We use a minimal-data approach and rely on reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services involved.

These may include:

• HTTPS and TLS for website and advertising communications;
• application sandboxing provided by iOS and iPadOS;
• local device storage;
• access controls for support systems;
• limited access to support correspondence;
• dependency updates;
• security updates; and
• fraud and abuse protections provided by platform and advertising providers.

No method of electronic storage, transmission, or processing is completely secure.

We cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Children

LineGrow Arena is a general-audience casual game.

It is not specifically directed to young children.

The App does not knowingly request a child’s:

• name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• account registration; or
• social profile.

Advertising and consent behavior are subject to:

• the configured audience setting;
• platform requirements;
• provider configuration;
• user region; and
• applicable law.

Parents and guardians may contact support@aerologx.net regarding privacy concerns.

This Privacy Policy does not state a specific App Store age rating. The final age rating is determined separately through App Store Connect.

16. Third-party services

Third-party services relevant to the current release may include:

• Apple App Store and iOS or iPadOS platform services;
• Google Mobile Ads;
• Google User Messaging Platform;
• Vercel for hosting the legal and support pages; and
• the email provider used to receive messages sent to support@aerologx.net.

LineGrow Arena version 1.0 does not include the following services in the game:

• Firebase Analytics;
• Firebase Crashlytics;
• Meta or Facebook SDK;
• Supabase gameplay backend;
• RevenueCat;
• Stripe;
• social-login providers;
• contact-discovery providers; or
• third-party cloud-save services.

17. Your controls

Users may:

• disable music in Settings;
• disable sound effects in Settings;
• disable haptic feedback in Settings;
• change the App language between English and Turkish;
• use Reset Game Data to remove supported local gameplay information;
• review Privacy Choices when Google UMP indicates that the option is required;
• choose not to watch a rewarded advertisement;
• use Restart without watching an advertisement;
• return to the Main Menu without watching an advertisement; and
• contact support regarding privacy.

LineGrow Arena does not create a user account.

Local gameplay data may be removed by:

• using Reset Game Data;
• clearing application data;
• uninstalling the App; or
• using available device and operating-system controls.

There is no separate account-deletion process because no LineGrow Arena account exists.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy because of:

• new features;
• SDK changes;
• advertising changes;
• operational changes;
• security changes;
• provider changes; or
• legal and regulatory requirements.

The effective date and last-updated date will be revised when this Privacy Policy changes.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the App or website.
