LineGrow Arena Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LineGrow Arena, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms supplement any mandatory terms and conditions that apply through the Apple App Store or the user’s device platform.

2. Product description

LineGrow Arena is an offline single-player Snake arcade game for iOS and iPadOS.

Version 1.0.0 may include:

• current score and best score;
• a local coin wallet;
• skins and themes;
• local gameplay statistics;
• daily rewards;
• daily missions;
• English and Turkish language options;
• music, sound-effects, and haptic settings;
• an optional rewarded-advertisement Continue feature; and
• a local Reset Game Data function.

The current version does not include:

• user accounts;
• login;
• passwords;
• cloud save;
• developer-operated backend gameplay storage;
• online multiplayer;
• online leaderboards;
• chat;
• user-generated content;
• in-app purchases; or
• subscriptions.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use LineGrow Arena on compatible devices that you own or control.

This license is provided only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

No ownership right in LineGrow Arena is transferred to you.

4. Permitted use

You may use LineGrow Arena:

• for personal entertainment;
• on devices you own or control;
• in accordance with these Terms;
• in accordance with applicable law; and
• in accordance with applicable App Store and platform rules.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• use LineGrow Arena for unlawful purposes;
• redistribute or make unauthorized copies of the App;
• distribute the App outside authorized application stores;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer access to the App;
• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• attempt unauthorized access to application, advertising, platform, or support systems;
• interfere with security, advertising, fraud-prevention, or consent systems;
• exploit defects in a manner that harms the App, another person, or a service provider;
• use automated tools to manipulate rewards or advertisements; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable mandatory law expressly permits such activity.

6. Offline gameplay

LineGrow Arena is designed so that its core gameplay can operate without an internet connection.

Some optional features, including rewarded advertising, legal-page access, support-page access, and privacy-consent services, may require an internet connection.

The unavailability of an internet connection does not guarantee that every optional feature will remain available.

7. Local save data

LineGrow Arena stores gameplay progress and preferences locally on the device.

The App does not provide a LineGrow Arena account or developer-operated cloud-save service in version 1.0.

8. Loss of local progress

Local data may be lost when:

• Reset Game Data is used;
• application data is cleared;
• the App is uninstalled;
• the device is lost or replaced;
• the device is reset;
• the operating system removes data;
• a device backup does not contain the required application data; or
• application data becomes unavailable or corrupted.

We cannot restore deleted local progress from a LineGrow Arena server because no developer-operated cloud-save service exists.

9. Coins and virtual items

Coins, skins, themes, rewards, and similar items exist only inside LineGrow Arena.

They are provided as gameplay features.

10. No monetary value

Coins, skins, themes, rewards, and similar items:

• have no cash value;
• are not money;
• are not cryptocurrency;
• cannot be sold;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged between users;
• cannot be redeemed for money;
• cannot be redeemed for goods or services outside the App; and
• do not represent a financial asset.

11. No purchases or subscriptions in version 1.0

LineGrow Arena version 1.0 does not include:

• in-app purchases;
• paid virtual currency;
• paid subscriptions; or
• recurring billing.

If paid features are introduced in a future version, the applicable terms, store disclosures, and privacy information will be reviewed and updated before release.

12. Optional rewarded advertising

LineGrow Arena may offer an optional rewarded advertisement for one Continue per game session when an advertisement is available.

Watching an advertisement is optional.

A Continue reward is provided only after the advertising provider reports successful completion of the required rewarded-advertisement event.

Attempting to close, interrupt, manipulate, or bypass the advertisement may prevent the reward from being granted.

13. Advertisement availability

Rewarded-advertisement availability is not guaranteed.

An advertisement may be unavailable because of:

• no internet connection;
• consent status;
• regional limitations;
• advertising inventory;
• Google service availability;
• device or platform settings;
• advertising configuration;
• security or fraud-prevention controls; or
• the Continue already having been used during the current game session.

We do not guarantee that an advertisement will load or that a Continue will always be available.

14. Restart and Main Menu

Watching an advertisement is never required to:

• start LineGrow Arena;
• play the core game;
• restart a game; or
• return to the Main Menu.

Restart and Main Menu remain available without watching an advertisement.

15. Third-party services

LineGrow Arena may use third-party services including:

• Apple App Store and platform services;
• Google Mobile Ads;
• Google User Messaging Platform;
• Vercel-hosted legal and support pages; and
• an email service used for support.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, technical requirements, availability, and regional restrictions.

We do not control third-party advertising inventory, platform availability, or provider outages.

16. Intellectual property

LineGrow Arena, including its:

• name;
• branding;
• software code;
• user interface;
• graphics;
• game design;
• original arrangements;
• original sound recordings; and
• other original content

is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive no ownership right in the App or its assets beyond the limited license granted in these Terms.

17. Public-domain compositions and original recordings

LineGrow Arena may include an arrangement based on a public-domain musical composition.

The public-domain status of an underlying composition does not grant permission to extract, copy, redistribute, sell, or reuse the App’s original arrangement, sound recording, generated audio asset, or other protected implementation.

The App’s original sound recording and arrangement may be protected separately from the underlying public-domain composition.

18. Updates

We may release updates that:

• fix defects;
• improve performance;
• change compatibility;
• change graphics or audio;
• adjust game balance;
• add or remove features;
• modify advertising behavior; or
• address legal, privacy, or security requirements.

Some updates may be required to continue using the App on supported devices.

19. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of:

• advertisements;
• consent services;
• public legal pages;
• support pages;
• email services;
• App Store services; or
• other third-party services.

Core offline gameplay may remain available even when an optional external service is unavailable.

20. Device compatibility

LineGrow Arena requires a compatible device and operating-system version.

Compatibility may change because of:

• Apple platform requirements;
• operating-system updates;
• device limitations;
• dependency requirements; or
• future application updates.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

21. Feature changes

We may change, rebalance, add, suspend, or remove features.

This may include changes to:

• gameplay balance;
• missions;
• rewards;
• coin amounts;
• skins;
• themes;
• advertising availability;
• audio;
• supported languages; or
• device compatibility.

Virtual items may be changed for technical, security, legal, or balancing reasons.

22. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LineGrow Arena is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Except where prohibited by mandatory law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will always be uninterrupted;
• the App will always be error-free;
• optional advertisements will always be available;
• local data will never be lost;
• every device will remain compatible; or
• third-party services will remain available.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use LineGrow Arena.

This includes, where legally permitted:

• loss of local gameplay progress;
• loss of virtual items;
• loss of device data;
• loss of profits;
• loss of opportunity;
• loss of goodwill;
• third-party service interruption; or
• advertisement unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

24. Mandatory consumer rights

Some countries and regions provide mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Where a disclaimer or limitation is not enforceable, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Termination

Your permission to use LineGrow Arena may end if you materially violate these Terms.

You may stop using LineGrow Arena at any time by uninstalling the App.

Termination does not require the deletion of an account because LineGrow Arena does not create user accounts.

26. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply in the user’s country or region of residence.

This section does not remove any rights that cannot legally be waived.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms because of:

• feature changes;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• security requirements;
• provider changes;
• advertising changes; or
• operational changes.

The effective date and last-updated date will be revised when these Terms change.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
